While many woodland violets fade quickly with the heat of summer, the Canada Violet continues to produce its delicate blossoms from spring well into late summer, offering a reliable nectar source for early-season pollinators.

外見
This wildflower features upright, branching stems reaching 15 to 40 centimeters in height. Its dark green leaves are distinctly heart-shaped, with finely toothed margins and pointed tips. The backs of these petals are often beautifully tinged with a soft purplish-violet hue, and the lower petals are marked with fine dark veins that guide pollinators to the nectar.
