San Antonio: centre to the permitted rim viewpoint and back
Use the visitor-centre entrance and ask staff where the open section ends. The municipal description gives about 30 minutes out and back along the crater edge. Walk to the permitted viewpoint, pause to look towards the south and west, then retrace your steps. Allow longer if you want to read the displays or linger over photographs; this is not a through-route to Teneguía.
Loose volcanic ground, exposure and gusts can make a short route demanding. Do not assume it suits a pushchair or independent wheelchair. Arrange any assisted Joëlette use with the centre beforehand.
