SEA LIFE Grapevine Aquarium officially opened its doors on July 12, 2011, becoming a prominent attraction within the Grapevine Mills Mall. It is part of the extensive global SEA LIFE network, which originated in 1979 in Oban, Scotland, and has since expanded to nearly 50 locations across 17 countries. The entire network, including the Grapevine location, is owned and operated by Merlin Entertainments, a leader in location-based entertainment.
