The short visit: watch from a village viewpoint
Choose a designated viewpoint in El Hito or Montalbo and spend time with the whole landscape before deciding whether to walk farther. The regional guide identifies viewpoints in both villages; Montalbo’s route description mentions interpretation tables and fixed binoculars. Bring your own optics. Allow 30–60 minutes at your chosen viewpoint; there is no need to visit them all.
This option minimizes walking but is not certified step-free. Check the exact parking-to-viewpoint approach, seating and any kerbs before travelling with a wheelchair.
