Seonamsa: stream, bridge and temple
Choose this for the simplest introduction to the eastern side. Follow the usual public approach from the Seonamsa visitor/parking area beside the valley, pausing at Seungseongyo before exploring the open temple grounds. The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) estimates 15–20 minutes from the ticketing area to the temple; that is an approach estimate, not the whole visit. Allow longer for the walk from your parking place, photographs and a gentle pace. Return the same way for a manageable outing. A stone bridge and natural streambank are places to watch your footing, especially after rain. Keep to the public path rather than scrambling down for a reflection photograph. The tea-experience centre offers a possible additional stop if open.
