Casa Rossa and the nearby observation hide
For the easiest introduction, start at the visitor centre and use the signed access to the nearby hide. The reserve portal specifically identifies observation opportunities close to Casa Rossa, so you need not commit to the full wetland circuit to enjoy the landscape. Choose your turnaround point according to the surface and available daylight. Inside, the museum explains how nature and human intervention shaped the marsh; its terrace offers another birdwatching perspective when accessible.
This is a lower-effort choice, not a certified accessible route. Ask about the approach to the hide, thresholds, terrace access and current surface before relying on it for a wheelchair or pushchair.
