Senda Bóveda: a short climb with a broad view
The official route runs from Lalastra to Portillo de La Sierra: 1.5 km one-way, with a published walking time of 40 minutes and 185 m of height change. It begins along the road towards San Zadornil before taking the signed track by the old stone cross. Fields and hedges give way to woodland as the slope increases. The reward is a view across Valderejo and towards the neighbouring Bóveda valley. Return the same way for a contained outing; allow 1½–2 hours including pauses.
The park rates it low difficulty, but it is an uphill track with a steeper section and a short road approach. It is not a level promenade or an established wheelchair route. Keep children close on the road and choose a shorter turnaround if the climb stops being enjoyable.
