Accessibility
Approximately 2.5 miles of paved pathways provide access to many garden areas. Designated accessible parking is available near the main entrance. Wheelchairs and e-scooters can be rented on-site (no reservations required). The Queen Anne Cottage also has a wheelchair lift. ADA-certified service animals are welcome.

Frequently asked questions
- The Arboretum offers free admission to SNAP/EBT cardholders for two adults and the cardholder's children/grandchildren under 18. Present your card and photo ID at the box office. It also participates in the American Horticultural Society (AHS) reciprocal admissions program for members of participating gardens.
- Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, but outside food is generally not allowed. The Arboretum has the Peacock Cafe for grab-and-go service, and visitors can enjoy picnics in designated areas.
- No pets are allowed, but ADA-certified service animals are welcome. Other animals, such as emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals, are prohibited.
