Stroll through the various garden rooms, enjoy self-guided walks, take a guided garden tour (free on Sundays from May-October), or take a guided tour of the Manor House. Photography is highly encouraged. You can also enjoy hiking on trails within the wider Ringwood State Park.

The primary roads are paved and fully accessible. The Carriage House Visitor Center and the ground floor of Skylands Manor are handicapped accessible. Many specialty gardens within lawns are accessible to sturdy wheelchairs. However, trails and natural paths can be uneven and rocky, and the Courtyard is surfaced in pea gravel.
Admire the Tudor Revival architecture from the exterior. Guided tours of the ground floor are available on select Sundays.
